Simply nothing to complain about, comfortable stay. Exceptionally friendly place with excellent staff and fab food. Location - ideal and handy, near to the town centre and bus stop, a pub serving food & drink, and cafes and shops. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Kinloss Abbey. Perfect service, parking on site.

I found this place fantastic with friendly staff, and it's just a few steps from Grant Park, ideal for leisurely walks. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the easy access to attractions like Sueno's Stone.

Had a lovely night with a comfy bed and a modern bathroom. I really enjoyed the quiet environment and the chance to unwind with a pint in the cozy bar area. A minor letdown was the draft coming through the door, but for the price and comfort, I'd recommend this place! 🍻

Great stay with fantastic service

I was here for a while on business and felt super welcome! The staff went out of their way to help with whatever I needed. Meals were spot on, especially the bar food. The only thing was that the room was a bit smaller than I'd hoped for. It was like home here.

Request a room with a chair to make your stay more comfortable, as some rooms only have a bed for seating.

The Budget Twin Room offers a smart TV, a solid addition for downtime. Surprisingly, the price at £50 for a night feels like a steal, especially given its cleanliness and modernized touches that definitely elevate the experience.

The room was pretty barebones with basic furniture, mostly cheap pine that looked a bit worn out. Accessing the room directly from outside meant it was drafty and cold-poor insulation doesn't help, especially in the colder seasons. The absence of places to hang towels in the bathroom was annoying, even though I found some shelf space. WiFi barely had a pulse was nice, though the phone signal was decent. Lack of breakfast options was a letdown, pushing me to find food elsewhere right after checking in.

I felt the warmth of the cute staff. The budget twin room was super clean and had everything I needed-tea, comfy bed, and a fantastic shower! Plus, dinner in the bar was good, and the atmosphere was perfectly relaxed.
